Trondheim World Music Ensemble - Fendika Sessions vol. 1
Vingelklangs debut album N U L L was recorded in Brageveien Studio in Oslo, mixed in a home studio in Berlin and mastered at a secret location in Oslo. All peformance, mixing and mastering where done by Amund Ulvestand and myself.
Fendika Sessions vol. 1 was recorded, produced and mixed by me. The recording took place at Fendika Azmari Bet in Addis Abeba in 2009 using a makeshift studio brought from Norway. The band is a mix of Norwegian and Ethiopian musicians performing a variety of traditional Ethiopian songs.
The album was mastered by Morten Stendahl at Redroom Studio
